Zen calms the mind relieving discomforts of an imbalanced lifestyle. The subtle aroma helps enhance awareness. It's a good choice to manage reactions to challenging experiences.
Zen focuses in a deep, quiet place within. The blend also helps us simplify our lives and remove what is no longer important. It is an excellent blend to use before meditation, sleep, or after experiencing a difficult day.
Massage 2 drops on wrists or mist neck 3 x daily.
