VersiFlex Standard Capacity Cartridge, Expander - Sawgrass SG500 & SG1000

The VersiFlex expander cartridge is a key component of the VersiFlex ink system for Sawgrass SG500 and SG1000 printers. This cartridge contains 1.05 fl oz of a transparent bonding agent that allows CMY inks to adhere effectively to porous and non-coated surfaces.

By applying a clear base layer, the expander enables printing on materials such as cotton, wood, canvas, and uncoated ceramics. It supports the CMY + Expander system, which achieves full-color output and deep tones without requiring a black ink cartridge.

The expander also contributes to a clean transfer process, ensuring that only printed areas are applied to the substrate. This helps avoid unwanted background residue and improves overall print precision.

Please note that VersiFlex ink must be used in a dedicated printer setup and cannot be combined with Sublijet UHD or other ink systems. For best results, use in combination with VersiFlex paper.
